Bedford Medspa
Challenge:
While Google Ads can quickly drive high-quality traffic, a well-planned budget is crucial for success. A retail client faced challenges in converting traffic due to insufficient ad spend and highly competitive keywords. The client’s daily ad spend was limited to $10, equating to $300 per month. This constrained budget restricted their ability to compete for high-value keywords and limited their visibility. Although traffic was present, conversions were nonexistent due to low ad placements and limited reach.
Solution:
-
Budget Increase: We increased the client’s monthly ad spend from $300 to $1,000, enabling them to compete more effectively for targeted keywords.
-
Keyword Strategy: We refined keyword targeting to focus on high-converting, relevant terms while optimizing bids to maximize budget efficiency.
-
Campaign Optimization: We improved ad copy, landing page alignment, and targeting precision to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.
Result:
-
The budget adjustment and strategic targeting led to a significant uptick in performance:
-
Traffic Growth: Monthly website traffic rose from 300 visitors to between 900 and 1,200 visitors.
-
Conversion Increase: The client achieved a 500% increase in conversions, transforming their ad spend into tangible business growth.

Orange Twist
Problem:
Orange Twist, a reputable medspa known for its premium aesthetic services, faced a common challenge: low attendance at their customer events. Despite their best efforts to engage their local community, past events were not drawing the right crowd. The new manager, eager to turn things around, wanted to create a large event, inviting everyone in the shopping center and using free services as incentives to attract attendees. While the intention was good, it overlooked some key marketing principles that could make their events more effective in driving meaningful sales.
Solution:
Upon reviewing the proposed event strategy, it became clear that the focus needed to shift from quantity to quality. Here’s how we refined the approach:

Targeting the Right Audience: Given that Orange Twist offers premium services, inviting a broad audience that may not be able to afford these services was not a strategic move. We focused on targeting the right demographic—potential clients who were more likely to appreciate and invest in the offerings of Orange Twist.

Avoiding Bargain Shoppers: The idea of offering free services as an incentive to attract attendees was tempting, but it could bring in bargain shoppers—individuals who may not return for paid services. Instead of promoting free offerings, we emphasized the value and premium nature of Orange Twist’s services, ensuring that the event would appeal to those seeking long-term results, not just a one-time deal.

Quality Over Quantity: A crucial question was posed: Would you rather have an event with 100 attendees who are not the right fit or 20-30 people who are genuinely interested in your services? The decision was clear: a smaller, more targeted event would be more effective in building relationships with high-quality leads. We focused on creating an event that would attract the right people, even if it meant fewer attendees.
Result:
By implementing a more strategic approach to customer events, Orange Twist saw remarkable results. Over the course of three months, their monthly sales increased by 38%. This success proved that a targeted, well-thought-out event strategy could drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and build long-term relationships with the right clients.

Eleve Aesthetics
Website optimization is a critical component of marketing success, often overlooked by businesses. Many companies miss potential conversions due to issues like broken links, poor mobile optimization, and unclear user navigation paths. A retail client was generating traffic through digital marketing campaigns but experiencing poor conversion rates. Our audit revealed broken links throughout the site, a desktop-centric design that did not cater to mobile users, and a lack of clear calls-to-action, leading to user frustration and lost sales opportunities.
Solution:
-
Fixing Broken Links: We performed a comprehensive audit and repaired broken links, improving site navigation.
-
Mobile Optimization: We redesigned the website to be mobile-responsive, enhancing load times and user experience for mobile visitors.
-
Enhanced User Experience: By simplifying navigation, adding intuitive calls-to-action, and streamlining the design, we created a user-friendly journey to encourage conversions.
Result:
The optimizations led to a 35% increase in conversions within one month, significantly improving engagement and transforming the campaign’s performance by turning lost traffic into revenue-generating interactions.
